AllAboutWaterfront.com, a waterfront property information resource,  is the brainchild of 3 experienced Realtors* who, after reading the tea leaves, have actually started following their own advice – find a niche interest and put your heart and soul into it!

We chose ‘Waterfront Property’ for personal reasons of course.

As active Realtors, we all LOVE working the waterfront property real estate market, even though we toil in completely different geographic areas, miles apart. In Dave’s case, he lives in one of those mythical places that inspire the conclusion that “you can’t get there from here”. That is, from almost anywhere. Maybe by bus.

Anyway, over our long tenures in the real estate business, we’ve heard and seen much – from the laughably ridiculous to the deadly serious to the fall-off-your-chair hilarious and the stunningly beautiful – and love to hear the tall (and short) tales spun around the campfires and local barber shops by the pleasure-seekers who tend to inhabit waterfront properties.

BTW, see those bold words above? We’d love you to send us your examples of water-related photos illustrating the ridiculous, the serious and the hilarious (along with any stories that go with them!) Who knows, we may actually have a contest or two voted on by members of the site to see just what nonsense we can get up to! We’ll keep you posted on that one…

We feel that everyone loves waterfront property – either they own it, or they want it. That’s why we intend to mix it up a bit with owner-contributed content, questions and answers from professionals for those buying and/or selling waterfront properties (or wanting to buy or sell waterfront properties), and progress reports on the most exciting waterfront developments in the world direct from the developer’s mouths.
