Q: How do I use the Listing System after I sign up?
A:

Q: When will I be billed?
A:
After you sign up, you have a full 30 days to try out the system for free. You will only be billed if you continue using the system after the 30-day trial period.

Q: Can I upgrade my subscription at any time?
A:
Yes, once you sign up and log into the system, you can upgrade your subscription plan from your account dashboard.

Q: Can I downgrade my subscription at any time?
A:
This functionality is not available at this time. However, we are currently working on adding the ability to downgrade in a future release.

Q: What happens when I cancel my subscription?
A:
When you cancel your subscription, you can still log in to your account and your property listings will still be present in your account. However, your property listings will not be visible by the public unless you re-activate your subscription from within your account.

Q: What happens if my credit card does not go through?
A:
If your credit card is declined for any reason, you will be able to use the system for 30 days during the free trial period, however you will need to update your credit card info within the 30-day free trial period if you wish to use the system after the free trial ends. The system will send you email notices during the 30-day trial reminding you to update your credit card info.
